They went into the valve covers very easily and the rubber bushings come in handy when fitting the covers, especially on the rear cylinders as they are very well hidden (thanks Chrysler). They stopped the oil leak completely. I highly recommend removing the wiper assembly before attempting this work. It only takes about 10 minutes and relieves you from pain.
