I injured my bicep tendon doing tire flips and atlas stones. I ended up going to PT for it but they suggested using ice after training and PT sessions. I saw this online and bought it. You freeze the metal ball and pop it in the plastic socket and you can rub it deep down into the tissue where it needs to go. I showed this to my PT and she had never seen one and had her clinic order some. This speeds healing and recovery. If you train, you could use one of these!
