You can practice anywhere with the mirror. You stand squarely on the putting line and see where your alignment is wrong. I've been using this for over 2 months. Most of the time indoors I just stand up and roll the ball on the carpet. The improvement in hitting was amazing. I have tracked the number of hits over the last 10 years. I was a decent putter, but not a great one. I averaged 32.4 putts per round. After using this training aid I am averaging 29.8 strokes per round.
