Soft but poor quality
These pillows are very soft, not hard at all. So if you need a very "soft" pillow, this is a good choice. I like it, my husband doesn't. The only complaint we both have is that the zipper holding the padding comes loose with normal use. Every time we change our pillowcases, the zipper on the pillow opens and the padding inside the cover comes loose. I may end up sewing them, but we won't be buying them again.
