Happy with the purchase. This cap will help save your hair and prep time! Emphasis on quality and comfort - both exceeded my expectations Double layered so not too thin Fabric is soft and silky; but not so thin that you feel like tearing it. The band is great as it isn't so tight that it crushes your baby hairs but it also doesn't dangle (at all)/never slip off and I wore it for 2 weeks. I was nervous about washing, but I did it on a gentle cycle (in a garment bag) with lukewarm water. Dry in suspension. After air drying. I came back in a garment bag, put in the dryer, tender for 3 minutes, like new. It's not spoiled yet. ;) I want to get another one in rotation now because when it hung out to dry and I had to go back to the bun I had to do the whole thing all over again, smoothing out/wrapping around the tangled/broken/sleepy parts. Good buy !
