Yes, this 42mm/3030/212-2 LED will work and all these Phinlion LEDs will also fit 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dual Model: 1954, 21st , 28 3 -2, 42mm, 3030, 3157 clear reversing lights, H8/fog lights, I couldn't find Phinlion brand H13 LED high/low beam headlights for this truck or I would have bought them too. All Phinlion brand LEDs that I purchased for this 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 only worked OEM PLUG & PLAY style. / Additional resistances, you get the point. All of these Phinlion brand LED lights will work on a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dual. I only installed them this month so I haven't commented on durability or I'd be lying to you, but I'll comment later if anything goes wrong. Bless you all!
