Installed on a 2019 Transit 350HD (DRW). I have a steep driveway (to the top) and wanted to make sure the backend didn't sag when loading. They lifted my load about 1.75 inches at 75psi. Cool! Now for the disappointment: 1) The 2019 Transit 350HD (DRW) requires frame drilling. Further on in the instructions it says you need to drill a half inch. I would look at the screw first. it is a 5/8 holder with 1/2 thread. I was able to increase the size but not perfectly. Tip: You can drill them all the way out of the wheel arch if you raise the back of the van a few inches. and if your drill is long enough. 2) The cables you unplug from the left side don't have a hole to go back into. So you will need a cable tie or two. Also, I would recommend NOT assembling before attempting to fit the frame. The left side took about 1/5 the effort of just tucking it under the van. I would buy them again but I would also make sure I have six beers in case I got mad at them.
