Very well made, adjustable, etc. Holds the projector securely. Many users who buy LED projectors with smaller mounting schemes may need some add-ons. The modification consists of shortening two mounting tabs. They go down and you can't align the screw holes. This can easily be done with a hacksaw, a Dremel or a cut-off saw. If you have a large hole mounting pattern, no modifications are required. Another addition is to buy 4 large diameter washers with appropriate holes (smaller) for the fasteners used. The washers that came with them were too big (inner hole) for the fasteners I was using.
