The ability of sending out notifications, tracking orders etc is very good as it can be used in mobile devices which makes my work easier! I wish there was more support from customer service team but this isn't much because if you have questions or doubts about services they will always get back quickly once again great platform for shipping companies like us!! Keep up your efforts guys keep improving. Try using them at least while we are testing our products so that way things won’t go wrong later down!
