Review on 🪟 Dorman 749-543 Front Right Window Regulator for Ford/Lincoln Models by Carl Morgan

I bought this Dorman 749-543 for a passenger on my 2007 Expedition because no one had Motorcraft available. It works well and is fairly easy to install, however I had to drill a hole in the bottom of the door knob pin, it was definitely smaller than intended. The rest of the unit fitted fairly well and now the window works like new. My driver's side started to fail first, but I was able to remove it and service/lubricate the cables and mechanism with penetrating oil and lithium grease. It worked, but when I decided to do the same on the passenger side a few months later, the cable snapped and broke. Both windows now work at the same speed.
