I received a camera with a defective CCD unit and Sony is charging around $150 to fix it. As soon as I turned on the camera, there was no image on the LCD screen and in the viewfinder, except for graphics, I found that the CCD was defective. It is the entire YouTube of this version. The camera was in perfect condition. I had no choice but to order a new CCD from Europe which will take weeks to ship and I will try to fix it myself ($35). Too bad. However, as the camera was in perfect condition and came with a deluxe Sony camera case, 2 batteries, connection cables, Sony shoulder strap and original instruction manual, I'm sure I'll be satisfied hoping to fix them allow. UPDATE: One of the battery packs is also defective, the camera has a yellow flashing charge indicator. According to the manual it is defective, it was installed and installed correctly. Looks like the manufacturer didn't test its features very well.
