UPDATE 2-4-2020: This thing is falling apart lol. Rusted all over and literally the weld has failed and broken. Look at those pictures! Luckily I did not lose my trailer or cause any major damage. Sorry oedro, I gave you a chance and wanted to like it.I just installed this 2 days ago but have traveled probably close to 800 miles pulling the trailer. Loaded down with tools and hvac equipment. Have not hooked up the included reverse lights yet. It does however pull very nicely behind the jeep. No obvious bending or warping as of yet and seems to be just what I was looking for. I bought another product of theirs and loved it so wanted to give this a shot plus the price point was very attractive. The install was very simple and fast.I did have to purchase a spare tire relocation bracket as the rear door will close but not easily like it should because of the tire hitting the bumper.Very easy to contact customer service via email as well. (Didn't try to call)Will update if anything changes.
