Review on Matte Black TRUSTMI Toilet Paper Holder With Phone Shelf | Wall Mounted Bathroom Storage & Tissue Dispenser by Allen Tchida

Great concept with poor Execution

I really wanted to like this product as the design and overall look fit our current home concept. The issues I had were the following, the weight of this product is extremely heavy! Feels like it is at least 5 pounds of solid steel. Due the weight and where the mounting points are of a concern especially for those whom are considering to mount this onto dry walls. I have used dry wall mounts to get this installed instead of using the screws they provide as there was no way it would hold with the smaller screws securely. I imagine at some point this product will end up wiggling off the wall after some time. The other issues I had was where the mounting points are you will run into challenges using any type of power tools. In order to install the fixture you will need to first remove the "L" shape toilet paper holder as one of the mounting points are blocked. In order to remove the toilet paper holder you will need a "L" shape phillips head screw driver otherwise the screw will get stripped while attempting to use a regular straight screw driver. Planning to see how this performs in the next couple weeks, if it fails I will be returning.Update: We ended up returning this item as we have found other issues. Charmin type toilet paper rolls with have trouble fitting. The roll rubs against the wall and due to the angled bar that holds the toilet paper roll it struggles to release the paper. It is also "loud", the angled design constantly bumps against the cardboard roll in the center everyone can hear outside the bathroom as you pull for the paper. I stand by my comments, great concept with poor execution!
