Ironically I had a headache the day this arrived. So I decided to try this before the headache got worse. The instructions state that it can be mixed with water or another drink, or you can pour the powder directly onto your tongue. with cherry flavor; although not a very good cherry flavor. I liked that it comes with a shaker/mixer bottle that doesn't leak when shaken. There are also measurement markings on the bottle. I tried a small amount of powder from a packet on my tongue and the taste was too harsh. It would have been the best way to get the stuff going faster, but I just couldn't stomach the undiluted taste. I mixed the rest of the bag with cold filtered water. It mixed well with the included shaker and I used 4 ounces of water. I was hoping for a cherry-y Kool-Aid flavor, but it wasn't that good. It was cherry flavored and sweetened, but felt more like medicine than cherry Kool-Aid. I think maybe 6-8 ounces of water would be better since it would make it a lot weaker, but I just don't see it tasting very good no matter what mix you use. I've spent enough time on it (at least 2 hours). ) to work, and it just dulled the headache a bit. I ended up taking a generic Excedrin. For $9.99, I don't think it works well enough. Maybe they could forget about the shaker, lower the price a bit, and then it MIGHT be worth it. Maybe it worked better for someone, but I wasn't impressed.
