I ordered this item for off label use. I have a porch with a privacy screen and was looking for a cover that I could use to cover some patio furniture. I have slipcovers that are specially designed for my sofa and chairs. I have 4 bedside tables and a coffee table that I used to bring indoors and into the basement for winter storage. This storage box cover is perfect for my needs. I was able to group 5 tables together and cover them all! I noticed that the description says the lid is square. Mine is rectangular, just like I wanted. The cover slides easily over furniture and can be secured with ties and/or adjustable strong elastic straps at the corners. I had someone who could help me, but I could have done it myself with no problems. I just coated my furniture this weekend, so I can't comment on the durability of the material. However, it is very similar to other covers I have. I expect no problems with this coating, which survives the cold and snow of Wisconsin winters and protects my furniture. If there are any issues I will update this review in spring (or June as we call it up north!).
