Review on KNOBWELL by Derrek Fields

Recently, I had a terrible time shopping at the KNOBWELL website. Despite being a well-known name in the hardware and home improvement sectors, I was disappointed by the quality of their items and the inefficiency of their customer support. When I received my purchase of doorknobs from KNOBWELL, I was disappointed to find that they did not match the pictures on the website. The doorknobs were of low quality and had a dull, scratched appearance. As soon as I realized my mistake, I contacted KNOBWELL's support staff to request a refund. The customer support rep that responded to my inquiry was, to put it mildly, not very helpful. The individual I spoke with didn't appear to care about my problem, and she gave me no good options. I had lost faith in the quality of their products and so I declined their offer to give me a replacement set of doorknobs. In general, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping at the KNOBWELL online store. There was a major lack of quality in both the products and the customer service. Therefore, I am unable to endorse KNOBWELL as a reliable source for hardware and home improvement supplies. It's unfortunate that a business with such a stellar reputation has let its customers down in this way.
