I am a Registered Dietitian and had the opportunity to try a sample. It's best to use some sort of blender; Because they're whole foods, they may contain leftover fiber/nuts (which is delicious!). Mixed with milk this is a really good high protein shake. I like it very much, very natural. Vegan choices are more nut and seed based; I liked all the flavors, chocolate orange was my favourite. Plan to buy more as this is a quick high protein breakfast for me.
