I have to say I love the look of this rack and its durability once installed. My assembly tips: I would recommend a star ratchet to tighten the screw clamps without drilling. Works better than the included Allen key. I would seal the four (4) top plastic caps that fit into the rack to prevent water from entering the rack. I have read that this rack tends to rust if left on the truck for any length of time and I think this is due to the inside of the tube not being fully painted. Otherwise buy this shelf! Easy to assemble, it took me just over an hour to install. I'm taking him kayaking in the Ozarks this weekend and will let you know later.
