Terrible service. Wrong size arrived and they wanted me to pay shipping. I ordered another set and the correct size arrived. Just decided to keep another smaller set and give to my friend who also drives as her hands are smaller. The glove itself is very cheap so I just gave it to a friend to avoid wasting money on shipping back. Came in the right size and my daughter uses it. There is nothing special about the gloves which is why they get a very bad rating because I rate the customer service quite highly. Those are most of my points. Then a product is a product.
