Review on 🧡 Rongta RPP300 Portable Receipt Printer Mini 80mm Mobile POS Direct Thermal Printer with Bluetooth+USB, iOS/Android/Windows Compatible, Non-Square Design, Orange by Robby Fingaw

We use this printer in a small business to print order forms. So far the printer has performed very well after around eight weeks of continuous use. Rongta's customer support has been exceptional and we are pleasantly surprised at how helpful they are. Here are our thoughts on the RPP300 printer: Pros: 1. The device comes with a software driver and SDK for custom programming. They also offer demo software so you can get started quickly and write your own applications for this printer. The only problem was minor. Android Studio warns about Chinese characters in the comments of the demo code. Easily delete comments with Chinese characters and warnings will disappear.2. The printer is small and light. It comes with a handy belt hook and you won't even notice the printer is hanging on your belt.3. The printing speed is very fast, so you can quickly take care of customers.4. The battery lasts many days before it needs to be recharged. The battery is removable so you can keep a spare battery that is already charged.5. The customer support is the most responsive we have ever known. We have bought several Epson printers in the past but Epson support is not that responsive. Now we select Rongta printer, not Epson.6. The price of this printer is surprisingly affordable and appears to offer excellent value for money.7. The printer can be charged via USB, so you can connect a power adapter to the printer in an emergency if someone forgets to charge the printer. (This has happened to us before.) 8. Our customers are satisfied with the new electronic system. We used to use pre-printed order books, but the Rongta RPP300 helped us cut costs. These printed books were expensive, so the Rongta RPP300 helps us save 75% compared to the price of these books. The printer pays for itself in just a few months. Cons: 1. The only problem for us is, that the maximum paper roll diameter is 40mm and the yellow paper we use is not available in small rolls. However, the small roll capacity allows the printer to be kept small so that it doesn't get in the way when the printer is carried on a belt loop.2. From time to time radio interference will occur in communications and an unintentional incorrect character or two will be printed. However, this is an inevitable problem in wireless communication in the presence of interference. (We have many engines and industrial machines running alongside the printer.) We have printed many thousands of order forms to date and are very, very satisfied. Kudos for your excellent product, Rongta! so it doesn't get in the way when the printer is worn on a belt loop.2.
