Used to attach a diaper bag to the stroller when we went to Disney World. They're not allowed to attach strollers to fixed fixtures in case the actors need to move them, but it was so great to have this to at least attach my bag to the stroller to prevent easy theft. Of course someone could just walk with a stroller or rummage in a bag to find something interesting, but at least no one could just grab my back and try to sneak away. The length was perfect for wrapping over the handle of the bag and wrapping completely around the back legs of the stroller and the dials were easy to use. I used a metal pen to mark the little indicator where you should line up the numbers because it was hard to see, but unless you're using it for your diaper bag on a stroller at Disney World surrounded by a thousand people with with two small children in tow, this probably won't be necessary.
