They are great and work as advertised *IF* you can get them safe and sound. I ordered a set, 3 pieces broke. Sent back, replaced, 2 broken. I had to wait and exchange part of the first batch for the second before returning. If you find yourself in the same situation, this is something to consider. It worked beautifully and you have a wonderful crème brûlée.
