Review on OXO Good Grips Box Grater by Michael Liguori

Bought this mozzarella grater for pizza. Mozzarella is soft and fibrous and tends to crumble and grate poorly. I figured I'd try freezing a piece of cheese if it crumbles rather than grates. To my delight and surprise, the mozzarella grated beautifully. You don't get 100% cheese in an 8 ounce container. I was delighted that a full container left less than a tablespoon of cheese on my cutting board. The container fits snugly on a grater and has a lid so it can be stored in the fridge. During use, the rubber surface on the bottom of the container prevents it from slipping on the table or cutting board. This is a very well thought out grater. My first choice was a cheaper design and after waiting almost a week and not seeing it shipped I canceled my order and ordered this one and got it the next day. Now I'm glad I spent a little more because the quality is worth it. Very happy with my purchase.
