Not what I expected
I must have misread you but the stretch area is elastic. The product looks good, fits well, but for those who have large strong dogs, this may work for a while, but the elasticity will lose elasticity over time, so I don't feel comfortable with frequent use. I have another one that only has one handle but the buckle is on and I like this one better as it can be worn like a belt but it definitely won't last as long as the other one.
