This is an amazing toy. And I emphasize the word "toy" because that's what it is. Though it's a well made toy and works 100x better than my old $40 one piece telescope. It doesn't have the $300 telescope upgrades. It is ideal for children and beginners as it is very easy to assemble and can be placed on the floor or on a table. I took some shots of the moon with it and although it wobbled a bit due to the weight of the phone at the end of the extension and mount I managed to get some great shots. Various lenses are very easy to install. and work very well. For a $65 telescope this is a great kit.
