Everything looked fine. not yet installed. I didn't even have a key, and as soon as the starter was connected to the power source, it started cranking the engine. KEYLESS. Not in the on position, the key did not insert or turn anything. So I had to remove the magneto from my old starter and replace it with a new one. now it works as it should. But man, the stress I've been through. It was funny. Replacing the starter is at least easy, but THIS SHOULD WORK RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT THE INSERT, I mean come on.
