I bought this product because I'm in the process of upgrading my I-Phone 6 to I-Phone 12 Pro Max and thought I needed a USB-C port to do it synchronize . This product seemed like a good choice as it includes both USB-C ports and 3 USB 3.0 ports. The price didn't particularly impress me, although it seemed good to me. When the product arrived I found very little documentation and what was included was 4 point text. It was difficult to read even with a magnifying glass. Also, it did not specify which product was in the shipping box, although a number of different products were listed but none of the boxes were labeled. The driver disk was a joke as none of the folders mentioned on the disk had instructions so I spent time looking for a driver that I didn't need to install until I looked at some reviews as I use Windows 10 Next no mention a website that can be visited for support and my device manager gives me the following message: Unknown USB device (link in compliance mode) and I can't determine if it is related to this product or not. Also, I had to go back to the Revain website to find out who sold the product because it doesn't even mention it on the packaging. After reading the reviews on this site, which maybe I should have done before buying, I finally feel that this product isn't even a real USB-C device, it's just the USB-C connector with the USB 3.0 ports on connects device. In my opinion, this is a very fraudulent way of doing business. I don't plan on getting my new phone until next month so I'll play around with this product a bit and when the phone arrives and the product doesn't fit I'll throw it in the bin and go look for something more suitable and write Imagine that a sucker is born every minute.
