I was very pleased with this nozzle. I ran it at around 15,000 rpm and 90-110 inches per minute. High quality birch plywood 0.5" and 0.75" At 0.5" I ran full depth. At 0.75" I tied all the way down, but best results were achieved with two passes of 0.375" each In all cases I got a bit of fluffiness around the edge.I tried changing the settings but couldn't get rid of it.A block plane or 80 grit did the trick but it was a little annoying. The screw I used to use held it down and it clicked. Grenade would be a good word. My fault, but that's the end of it.
