Review on Cross Land Maintenance Foldable Mechanic by David Reyes

In general what is intended.

so I think the important thing is that it works. I had to disassemble/reassemble it because it was installed upside down with the U bracket. The only way the wheel will fit into the stand is by the weight of the wheel on the "hinge" part of the stand. In short, it is foldable. When you open it all the way, a few stops prevent it from expanding too much and falling back down. There were 6 small screws, flip the bracket over and reattach the bracket. So it wasn't difficult, just a bit awkward. Keep in mind that this is actually a 'road' and 'collapsible' stand. Therefore, it is light and convenient. That being said, I think it's a bit cheaply built, but then again, the cost is actually pretty cheap. It might seem a little flimsy, but that's mostly due to the features this rack should have. All in all it was what I needed. My child's bike doesn't ride on the road, so overall I'm happy with the purchase. I wouldn't buy it from a bike shop but hanging it in the garage to adjust the rim from time to time I'd say it's fine.
