Media loading did not fail. At first I thought I had a defective non-working power supply. (As mentioned in some of these reviews) According to the instructions, it says "Press button 3, then turn on to start." Well I did exactly what I read. And nothing! I was happy to receive this tattoo pen and was disappointed that it didn't work! I was about to return it but thought I'd read the comments one last time. (As we all know sometimes the instructions are wrong or difficult to understand) So I read and come across many saying the same thing! The power supply is not working. Luckily I came across a comment hidden deep in the comments lol. After powering on, press the button once to turn on the PEN. Turn the knob to adjust the speed. To turn off, simply press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Voila! Hope that helps. (WATCH VIDEO) I haven't used the pen yet to tell you how well it applies tattoos but will definitely update once I use it.
