This is the loudest chair. Too bad about video/phone calls. Unfortunately, these days when I'm on video calls all day, this chair sounds like a squeaky fart the whole time. Lubricated with oil, the springs lubricated. It works for a week or so and then starts creaking again every time I move. I mean every little movement. When I move my weight it makes noise. Do you think it's bearable? But that's always the case. Not that comfortable either, but I've never found the 'perfect' office chair for me in that regard, so I'm not giving a bad review for that. Only positive note: if you were a real estate agent building houses and had a home office then this is the chair. It looks like the chair you saw in the movies. A nice chair. Aging terribly and I'm buying a new one less than 2 years after purchase.
