Great chair, much better than my previous bulky standard office chair. In contrast, this is a really solid support that I prefer. You won't drown, but it's still comfortable to sit for hours. Installation was very easy, all you needed was an Allen key for the levers and this key is included. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials and the ease of assembly. High quality leather similar to what you find in a car interior. This is a sturdy good quality chair. The box it was shipped in was quite dented, one of the top flaps was fully unscrewed and open. I was afraid it would be damaged or missing parts, but everything inside was well packaged and (as far as I know as there were no instructions) all the parts were on the invoice.
