Great chair, much better than my previous bulky standard office chair. In contrast, this is a really solid support that I prefer. You won't drown, but it's still comfortable to sit for hours. Installation was very easy, all you needed was an Allen key for the levers and this key is included. Assembly took 10 minutes (after 5 minutes to remove all plastic wrapping from the parts from the box). Rolls very quietly on my hardwood and doesn't bother others (my other chair squeaked like crazy), deducting 1 star just for sitting low. not very low, but the highest setting is the standard chair height, so to me the hydraulic option is pretty much useless unless it can go higher.
