I urge everyone to understand that you get what you pay for with this mouse/keyboard set. I am very disappointed with this as it makes the simple task of emailing and working on excel harder than it is. Mouse - this thing is ergonomically comfortable, but it freezes and moves so slowly. I tried tweaking the settings and couldn't see any improvement. After a while the mouse started flickering and I honestly thought the battery was dead. FYI, I didn't use the cheap batteries that came with the package, I used Duracell. I love the sleep mode feature to save battery but I went back to using my old mouse. Keyboard. where to start The keyboard itself has very small feet on the back that tilt the keyboard. I'm not sure who decided this was a good thing, but overall the keyboard feels flat. There really isn't much of a difference with feet down or up. Main features are terrible; Using cut and paste shortcuts is a nightmare. CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste work about 25% of the time. Several times when I try to copy it puts a small v instead of what was copied and should be pasted. After using this keyboard for several hours, I found that my wrist hurt more than my old Microsoft keyboard. I'll get rid of it and spend the money on a better keyboard.
