keyboard and mouse arrived quickly and as described. Simply connect the set to my work laptop - plug and play. I like that the mouse "goes to sleep" and I think it doesn't use as much battery. The keyboard feels pleasantly "clicky" but is very quiet overall. I am a teacher now teaching remotely; I mainly use my keyboard and mouse for word processing, email etc and for the money I am very happy with the product.

This thing will NOT go 30 feet without jumping. I sit 10 feet from him without a disability and can never play anything with him. The design is also an issue, with the buttons being pushed forward, leading to countless unintentional button presses as they're mostly where your palms should be. Buy a different keyboard and mouse.

First of all I LOVE this mouse. It's so quiet and I like the overall grip. I only have two complaints. 1) There are two buttons where the thumb goes, and if you accidentally press one of them, it works as a back button. I accidentally clicked on it too many times to count and keep losing the page I'm on. It's just something I need to know more about. 2) Every time I don't use the mouse for a few minutes it just dies. I have to move it to USB, turn it off and on again and then it works again.

Really great combo for the price. The scrolling noise really annoys me, and this one is so soothing that the click button is silent too. The only problem I found was that the keyboard lagged behind my windows. The keys tapped here and there, which I didn't like. Otherwise, there's no lag when typing, it just goes haywire at times. I really like this USB for keyboard and mouse. I prefer a mouse to a keyboard.

For some reason the back/forward buttons accidentally decided they weren't going to be back/forward buttons anymore, but they wouldn't do anything. When squeezed, they open Microsoft Office. Microsoft tech support said there was nothing they could do and it looks like there is no driver on the company's website. I know it's only twenty bucks but I expect the mouse/keyboard combo to last over two months.

I urge everyone to understand that you get what you pay for with this mouse/keyboard set. I am very disappointed with this as it makes the simple task of emailing and working on excel harder than it is. Mouse - this thing is ergonomically comfortable, but it freezes and moves so slowly. I tried tweaking the settings and couldn't see any improvement. After a while the mouse started flickering and I honestly thought the battery was dead. God I've bought a lot of wireless mice and keyboards but you definitely get what you paid for with this set. So, if you think $20 is cheap, then, you guessed it, the amount paid backs it up. Very few combos I've bought in this price range were worth the little money I paid. But since I use it all day I haven't had any issues and it works great.
