The ability to see where my strengths and weaknesses lie compared to other candidates who have applied for the same position. It has allowed me to identify areas I need improvement or training before it impacts my interviews/interviews during which they can give more detailed feedback to help improve myself further.The lack of integration between different applications makes it hard to track all aspects of your application journey. Also, there is no way to get notified when you're under consideration unless you actively check yourself every now and then. Ensure you know what questions will be asked during interviews as this could make or break your chances of getting hired. This software allows us to compare our results against others around the world so we don't miss out on opportunities due to bad luck.
