The brightness of the monitor is bad. If it wasn't for that, I would rate this monitor much higher. So don't buy this if you play games that spend a lot of time in dark places or watch movies with lots of dark scenes. Also, the stand doesn't work well with wired mice. Or wireless mice that sometimes need to be plugged in and charged. It hangs on cables and interferes with movement - particularly bad for FPS games, but can kill you in MMO/MOBA and misclick in almost any game where you need to react quickly. Those are really the only two negative points - otherwise the monitor is an amazing value and I can only recommend it. FPS/resolution unbeatable for this price range.
