I like that they are able to provide content delivery for our clients in almost every country we serve from! The only thing it could be improved upon would possibly have more control over their caching settings so you can see what's being cached where if needed or desired by your client? We use them primarily because of how easy this service makes managing CDNs across multiple countries much easier than having separate servers set up specifically per each location - especially when there may not always need an additional server just yet but one day down road might do well too :).
