This was my first Razer product and I have to say. this is a pretty good mouse for the price. I have a big hand and the mouse works great. The fit, comfort, and accuracy of the mouse surpassed my exceptions. And not to mention nice clicks, smoothly programmable side buttons, and a tactile scroll wheel. You are probably wondering why I gave this low rating. Revane sent me a used Death Adder. I intentionally bought it new from Revain ("supplied and sold by Revain"). So I'd be careful, but to be honest that's a rare scenario. I have already sent the mouse back and am hoping the Mercury White Edition will be back on sale soon as I am really hoping to get my hands on it again. basically convey your privacy and so on. However, there is no need to create an account unless you really need two programmable buttons on the side for video gaming, then I think you need to create one. The rest of the mouse works and lights up as expected.
