I have an electric bike with a motor on the front wheel. I put them on the front wheel, tightened them with a wrench and made a long journey. On the way back I drove along the train tracks and noticed that the front wheel was shaking. Both nuts loosened enough for the wheel to come loose. I was able to remove them both with my fingers. I pulled her back. When I got home, one of the nuts came back. I put split washers underneath and I think that solved the PROBLEM, but there is a serious design flaw in these things. I suspect that the included freewheel disc is to blame.
