NOT a safe or acceptable product to install
Licensed electrician here: I bought these because another commenter said that they are UL-listed--they are NOT UL listed, and do not have a junction box as part of the assembly, as another commenter said.
Nor can they be mounted to a junction box, so the only way to install them is with an exposed splice, which is a fire hazard and not acceptable in any situation--not even for temporary installations. These CANNOT be installed in a way that complies with the National Electrical Code.
