Great Accountants / Tax Advisors: Frank, Rimerman + Co.

The team is very responsive and helpful! They understand my business needs & are willing to adapt as I change over time.
We have been working together for nearly 8 years now - no surprises there with them! My only dislike would be that we don't speak enough English so getting our messages across can sometimes feel like pulling teeth rather than giving someone some direction- but they're great people who work hard at making sure things go well :) Our partnership has evolved into more of an ongoing relationship between us both personally AND professionally while still having all the benefits you'd expect from any professional service provider/accountant (budgeting, tax planning etc).

Pros

Being able to pick up the phone or email directly through their staff whenever something comes along in which case it's always handled quickly by everyone involved.They've never let me down when called upon either via e mail correspondence or personal contact..I am 100% satisfied with everything about this firm..my long term accountants : )
