The ease of use! We love that it connects with our EMR so we can pull all information in one place to make care more efficient.

It helps us get paid quickly as well since everything gets submitted through this system instead of having multiple people doing different things which leads to errors/confusion along the way. I wish there was an easier time line set up than what they have now where you need someone else who knows how to navigate these systems effectively (which isn't me). This has really helped streamline my work flow by getting pay requests out faster when needed or sending them over email versus filling paper forms manually each day - saving tons of hours per week!!
