I really am impressed by the new incidence of these LED style lights. I have been working on replacing all of the lights in my house with these one by one. This one went in the bathroom and I am already seeing a large cost savings on replacing light bulbs.One thing to mention on these larger 15" ones is that the ballast needs a moment to charge. So when you flip the light on, it takes a "one count" to charge before the light turns on.These are so fast to install though, and because they hook up to the existing junction boxes that are commonly used, I have it down to about a 5 minute process. Any electrician will just fly through it!
