All is great with this unit, except the ease of installation: there is no way to connect wires without holding the light. However, the included connectors are much easier to work with than traditional twist connectors.Another inconvenience is the color temperature switch is located inside the housing, so to change the light color one has to remove the light.Please keep in mind that the unit is almost 16" in diameter. It may present issues when installing on a side of cathedral ceiling.

I really am impressed by the new incidence of these LED style lights. I have been working on replacing all of the lights in my house with these one by one. This one went in the bathroom and I am already seeing a large cost savings on replacing light bulbs.One thing to mention on these larger 15" ones is that the ballast needs a moment to charge. So when you flip the light on, it takes a "one count" to charge before the light turns on.These are so fast to install though, and because they hook up

Got this light to replace a chandelier it is simple yet elegant and gives off great light. I had a handy man install it he didn't have any trouble and it was done in a few minutes, Would highly recommend this product.

I got this to replace a similar ceiling light that failed prematurely. Installation is awkward, but that's the case with all such lights. It's much lighter than my previous light, which was definitely an advantage while installing it. I hope this light lasts longer than the previous one. I'll update as necessary.

So the install basically involves unscrewing a large flat circular base from the light, screwing that large circular base into the ceiling mount, connecting the wires that come out of your ceiling to the light, and then simply screwing the large flat base, back into the light itself and just like that, you're done.The light itself is high quality, very bright and really simplistic so it doesn't take away or add to much to the room.Overall I'm really happy with it.

The light is nice. It's super thin and blends in with the ceiling. It's super bright and it would work great as the sole light source in a small room.I have 2 problems with it though. During install, it was a nightmare to screw the fixture onto its plate. The light is very wide so you can't see where the plate is and trying to "feel" for it was very difficult and time consuming.My second problem is that the button to switch between the pre-set color temperatures is on the inside of the fixture.
