Perfect for on the go - food storage
It's not really a vacuum container but I knew that before I bought it. This is a sealed container. You press a button to close the container with a lid. As soon as you let go of the button, the lid fits snugly on the container and cannot be removed until you press the button again. Ideal for storing coffee beans on the go. Holds enough beans to brew a large batch of coffee in a French Press and isn't afraid of spills. However, I wouldn't recommend this for freshly roasted coffee beans that are still giving off gas, as CO2 buildup will eventually cause the lid to open.
