I purchased this pillow in September 2020. I really wanted to like this pillow but all I can say is that it doesn't fit me and nine months later I returned to the internet in search of another pillow. The benefit is that you can remove some of the foam padding to make the pillow less firm; the pillow does not seem too hot or heavy to me; The heavy feel of the pillow actually makes it look premium and the material used to cover the pillow feels soft and premium too. Finally, the pillow keeps its rectangular shape over time and the price is reasonable for what you get. The downside is that the pillow is too hard when you first take it out. I don't understand how anyone can sleep on it right away without climbing in and removing some of the foam. I think this contributed to some shooting pains in my neck from shoulder to head a few months later. After trying a friend's Tempur-Pedic pillow last week, I decided I needed an upgrade.
