I fully recommend this product. It works like any other windshield repair kit, but better. The key to using it is to follow the instructions carefully. One of the main mistakes I've seen others make is applying too much pressure with the suction device. DON'T EXPRESS EXCESSIVELY - If you apply too much pressure (pushing or pulling) you can widen the tear. Be patient and trust the process. You can see the resin working from the inside, so get in your car and take a good look at the windshield as you suck air out and also as you push the resin into a gap. If everything is done correctly, you shouldn't see any more cracks until the last phase of turning. I received this product FAST and well packaged. Good seller and very good product! Thank you!
