New style for Addiction Walker
One thing's for sure, Brooks has definitely improved this style of beach walking. Not only does it feel lighter, but the tongue is thicker and the laces don't move due to the extra loop holding them in place. The sole is much softer and different colors and designs are nicer. The only thing I noticed, since it's not leather, is that the shoes look a bit narrower. Next time I order another paid option, I'll get double the width, not the width. Overall this shoe is very comfortable and with my support under the tongue I get great arch control. I like the new style and the lightness. I've been giving this shoe a 10 Brooks Addiction Walker for 15 years!
