Well made but not well received
Although this antenna is very strong and well made, reception was poor when used; much worse than using a simple dipole antenna. I tried this out on a Boston Acoustics Receptor radio which inherently has amazing reception. Also, it's huge when unfolded and doesn't look as good as the atheist compared to the flexible dipole antenna, which I find easier to hide. Generally I won't use this as it only makes things worse. . I cannot recommend it for this reason.
- Easy to install. Compared to wired coaxial antennas, telescoping radio antennas are easier to install. It does not need to be hung on the wall, just screwed on or plugged into the antenna connector. You will have a good experience with this antenna.
- Poor repairability
